TIMEFRAME EXPLAINED

Our delivery process has two key stages:

Part 1: Processing Time

We process orders in two ways, depending on the item:

In-Stock Items: Some products are stocked at our warehouse and are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Produced-on-Demand Items: Other products are produced after your order is placed. These go through our production process and are typically ready to ship within 4-6 business days. 

Part 2: Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: Once your shipment is ready, it's shipped via standard delivery within the United States. Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location. 

Total Turnaround

While most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, we advise allowing up to 2 weeks from the time of order placement to delivery, especially during peak seasons or for remote locations. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your shipment is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can monitor the delivery status in real time. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during your order request.

If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of confirmation, please contact us and we will follow up within 12 hours.

GTIN EXEMPTION 

To apply for a GTIN exemption on Amazon or Etsy, please follow the steps outlined below.

GTIN Exemption for Amazon Marketplace

  1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.
  2. Go to Catalog → Add Products, then click on “I’m adding a product not sold on Amazon.”
  3. Look for the option to Apply for GTIN Exemption.
  4. Select the product category you want to list under.
  5. Enter your brand name. If you’re not using a brand, choose “Generic” where Amazon allows it.
  6. Amazon may ask for supporting images or mockups to confirm that the product doesn’t use barcodes.
  7. Submit the request. Approval usually takes around 24–48 hours, after which you can list your products in that category without barcodes.

GTIN Exemption for Etsy Marketplace

Etsy doesn't typically require barcodes for apparel or print-based items, but if the listing form asks for one, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Shop Manager → Listings → Add a Listing.
  2. Fill in the basic product details like title, category, and description.
  3. If a barcode field appears and your product doesn’t use one, choose “I don’t use a barcode” (or leave it blank if Etsy permits it).
  4. Upload your images and complete the pricing, variations, and shipping details.
  5. Publish the listing without entering a barcode or GTIN.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we deliver only within the United States.

Why am I being asked for Reseller Verification?

New buyers may be asked for reseller verification.

To maintain the integrity of our wholesale ecosystem and protect the interests of our retail partners, SYNRCORE may request basic proof of business from new resellers on their first order. This helps ensure our products are being purchased only by genuine resellers and are not being used for personal or end-consumer use.

Providing proof may only be required once and will not be asked again for future orders from returning retail partners.

Acceptable forms of proof include (any one of the following is sufficient):

  • A photo of your physical store or pop-up stall.
  • A link to your website or online store.
  • A link to your active Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook Shop.
  • A Screenshot of your product listing on an e-commerce platform.
  • Any other reasonable proof showing you're a reseller.

The verification process is quick, simple, and will only apply to first-time buyers if deemed necessary.

How long will it take to get my order?
