PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. All SYNRCORE products undergo a thorough quality check before shipping. However, if an order arrives with damage or print defects, we will provide a hassle-free replacement at no additional cost.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please report any issues within 23 days of receiving the order, including photos and a clear description of the issue.
Please note: Because our products are either produced on demand or stocked in limited quantities, we are unable to accept replacements for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size ordered.
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Color variation due to display differences.
We encourage all buyers to confirm product specifications, sizing, and design details prior to submitting a quote request. If you're placing your first order or testing new designs, you may also request a sample to inspect the garment and design placement firstand before placing a bulk order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT
You may request a replacement at no cost if:
- An item is defective or misprinted.
- The issue is reported within 23 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, please contact us through our contact form. Please make sure to include your order number for timely resolution.
Approved replacements will be shipped to the same address as the original order.
Note: If more than 23 days have passed since delivery and we have not received a replacement request, unfortunately we will not able to offer a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
All SYNRCORE products are produced on demand or stocked in limited quantities. As a result, all items are non-returnable. We only offer replacements in case of damage or print defects.Â

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPLACEMENT REQUEST
To request a replacement for a defective or misprinted item, please follow the steps below:
- Reach out to us through our contact page within 23 days of receiving your order.
- Include the following information in your message:
- Your full name or company's name.Â
- The order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photo evidence showing defect or misprint.Â
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and respond within 12 hours. If the replacement is approved, we'll initiate the process and ship the replacement items to the same address as the original shipment.Â

REFUNDS
As a wholesale business, we do not offer refunds on orders. If you receive an item that are misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement within 23 days of delivery.
We encourage all buyers to carefullt review sizing, artwork, and order details before submitting a bulk request. Samples are available for garment and design inspection.
